Congratulations, Trent Yawney - before the start of the season you were my pick as the first coach to get the Ziggy, as Dick Vitale would say, but instead that honor falls to Ken Hitchcock, who was fired by the Flyers as Bobby Clarke resigned from his GM post. I guess there will be a clearance sale on physical, slow-footed defensemen coming soon...

Hey,TLW from Lightning Hockey Central here.Had an idea for a stat you may want to look into.With the trend in the NHL toward smaller speedy players,I would be curious to know if their is any correlation in injuries and perhaps types of injuries in smaller players vs the average size players in the league?Lot's of different ways to look at this,thought it may be something that would interest you.
