Are you kidding me?

I have to listen to the game in French? Can I get subtitles?

Look at it as an educational opportunity... :)

I didn’t realize that RDS opens with the old Hockey Night in Canada theme. Pure awesomeness…

I'm watching an audio free feed of RDS online.

I wish I could hear the French!

Did RDS just show our top line as

Dumont – Arnott – Arnott ?

Yes

My french isn’t very good but I think the announcers noticed it and were having a little fun with the mistake.

by jerseypredsfan on Nov 14, 2009 8:18 PM EST up reply actions

So in french

shouldn’t it be Jordin Deuxduex

Preds are playing very well so far

Shots On Goal 12-2 for Nashville… just dominating the play.

It seems like all of them are

I can’t recall an extended sequence in our own end, they might come in and fire one puck but then the Preds turn it around and spend 30 seconds battling around the Montreal net.

Wow

a whistle because the puck was frozen along the boards. I can’t recall the last time I saw that.

SOG 24-4, Total Shots 32-11 for the Preds

I’ll take that, but more than 1 goal would be nice.

I’m suprised Montreal had that many shots. Preds looked like a world class team that period. Other than only getting one goal I hope this trend continues.

by jerseypredsfan on Nov 14, 2009 8:51 PM EST up reply actions

Wow, Sully had 5 shots all by himself in that period

It’s good to see our top line flying like a top line should. Sully-Arnott-Dumont could be an excellent #1 group…

To me the makeup is ideal for a number 1 line. A big powerful center, Arnott; a setup man, Dumont, and a goal scorer, Sully. They could be really dangerous, but…

Sully!

He’s gotta get that shot up… just a foot or so and it woulda been a goal.

To me thats been the problem for a while. They do the hard work to create the chances but more times than not we come up empty handed.
