Great story ...
… Thanks for the tip, Dirk. It’s a shame this young man had to think twice about revealing the truth. The reaction he has received from his friends, family and community certainly restores some of my faith in humanity. Hopefully, it will lead to greater tolerance and fewer slurs of any kind in locker rooms, regardless of sport.
