Former Nashville Predators goaltender Tomas Vokoun gets struck in the head by his own teammate, Florida Panthers defenseman Keith Ballard, after a goal is scored against them in tonight's game. Vokoun was taken by ambulance to a local hospital immediately. It turns out that Vokoun should be fine.
