Predators outbid by Toronto on Phil Kessel by $750K/year?
Elliotte Friedman's latest NHL notes column (highly recommended weekly reading) includes a throwaway comment that Nashville's bid for Phil Kessel was $750,000 per year less than what Toronto ultimately paid him, 5 years at $5.4 million per.
