PrintBrandon Felder over at Hockeybuzz broke this earlier today. Since the Preds have already depleted their AHL affiliate in Milwaukee, and Antti Pihlstrom is listed as day-to-day with an "upper body injury", Dan Ellis has begun practicing at forward on an emergency basis.
