Nashville Predators announce 2009 NHL Draft parties

From the Nashville Predators:

The Nashville Predators will host their annual Draft Party at several area O'Charley's on June 26 at 5:30 p.m.

The first round - in which Nashville holds the 11th pick - will be broadcast live on VERSUS from the Bell Centre in Montreal and will commence at 6 p.m. The parties are free to the public and will be located at O'Charley's Bellevue, Franklin and Rivergate - with 104.5 The Zone broadcasting live from the Rivergate location. Draft drink specials and free appetizers for fans that show up in Predators attire will be offered at each site (while supplies last). Mascot GNASH, the Predators Dancers and Liquid Ice Girls along with Predators and 104.5 The Zone staff will be on hand at each location. Fans may also register to win a 2008-09 team-autographed stick at any of the three locations. For more information, visit nashvillepredators.com/2009draft.

WHO:             Mascot GNASH, Nashville Predators Dancers and Liquid Ice Girls, Predators front-office staff and 104.5 The Zone

WHAT:           2009 Nashville Predators Draft Parties

WHEN:           June 26 at 5:30 p.m.

WHERE:        O'Charley's Bellevue, Franklin and Rivergate, with VERSUS' live draft coverage

So, Preds fans, there was some talk about having a Tweetup for the NHL Draft. Personally, I think we should show up in force at the various locations, rather than overwhelm a single one, or hold our own event that distracts from the official functions. But do y'all think???

Which one are you going to?

I wouldn’t mind having an expert on hand. Bellevue’s closest to me.

I will probably go to the Franklin one (I live in Nolensville), but as I understand it there will be staff at all the sites. It would be great to see all 3 locations well-attended!

More fun than a stick to the face!
