Metro Sports Authority approves Nashville Predators luxury suite plans

As reported by the In Session political blog at The Tennessean, Nashville's Metro Sports Authority has given conditional approval for the Predators' plans to create a "Reserve at the Sommet Center", converting two sections of seating into an ultra-luxury suite catering to high net-worth individuals.

The approval is conditioned on a review of the situation by the city's bond attorneys, to ensure that such a change won't violate the terms under which the city took out the bonds to build the arena in the first place.
