Has goalie Drew MacIntyre signed with the Atlanta Thrashers?

PrintWhile there hasn't been any official announcement, it appears that goaltender Drew MacIntyre, who played 55 games for the Milwaukee Admirals this season with a 34-15-4 record, has signed with the Atlanta Thrashers organization. Kudos to the guys at Admirals Short Shifts for noticing this first, and The Falconer for pointing out via email that this isn't an uncommon practice in Atlanta, as last year they would wait and issue a press release covering 3-4 minor signings like this.
Presumably, this sets the table for Mark Dekanich to be the #1 guy at Nashville's AHL affiliate while Chet Pickard joins the team in a backup role.
