Social Media Club Nashville presents "The Puck Drops Here" Oct. 7
I'm pleased to announce that on Wednesday, October 7th (updated), I'll be part of a panel discussion hosted by Social Media Club Nashville, as we talk about the vibrant online presence of Nashville's hockey fans, and how the ways in which we connect with each other and the team relate to broader trends in social media.
If you're a devotee of things like Facebook, Twitter, blogs, or just a hockey fan in general, I think you'll find this an entertaining evening. You can find all the details after the jump, including what I believe will be the first public appearance by Derek Perez, the Predators' new Chief Marketing Officer...

Darn
It’s the same day and time that the Preds’ Meet the Team event will take place at Sommet Center. Bummer.

Not anymore!
The event has been moved to Wednesday, October 7th, to avoid that conflict.
More fun than a stick to the face!
On the Forecheck is SB Nation's blog covering the Nashville Predators.
