Thanks to the gang over at Nucks Misconduct, we finally get a behind-the-scenes look at the Green Men (Force & Sully) who gave the Nashville Predators fits on their last two trips to play in Vancouver:
Awesome, awesome stuff here. Are they indeed to blame for Dave Scatchard getting sent down to the minors?

GREEN MEN
I don’t know about taking credit for sending Dave down, but I remember a certain lady that used to torment every penalty box visitor at the preds games. I sit in 327 and had a great view each time she pounded and screamed at the opponents in the box – she was hilarious. Over on hockey buzz, fans are trying to get “cookie monster” to do the green man thing at the next vancouver game.

I wouldn’t mind every team having some sort of home ice sideshow near the boxes. It adds a little something to the moment.

I wouldn’t say they’re taking credit for it, just running with it and having some fun.
