Help "On the Forecheck" spruce up our Facebook page

Last week I re-launched the Facebook page for On the Forecheck, for readers who prefer that environment. While of course I'd ask that you head over there and Become a Fan...

On the Forecheck Facebook Page, Nashville Predators blog

What I'd really like to get is your opinion on how we can best use that platform to serve this community. Are there particular applications, or pieces of information you'd like to see there on a regular basis, like the schedule, standings, etc.?

Better yet, do you have examples of excellent Facebook pages that you think can serve as a guide for how we build out the OtF page?

I look forward to your suggestions,

Dirk

I rarely, rarely ever use my facebook account anymore, but if I did, one think I’d like from OtF is to post the game highlight videos as soon as they are posted on YouTube. You can find YT highlights from every NHL game here, and it should just be a matter of using the “share video” option on Facebook.

On the Forecheck-where Patric Hornqvist is never underappreciated.

That’s funny, I just saw that article, too!

How much OtF merch do you have laying around?

You could use the fan page to drive contests, and keep your statistical/analytical content here.

Not a bad idea

I was wondering what to do with this OtF-themed Mini Cooper I’ve got parked in the garage…
