As one of the better SB traditions, allow me to congratulate you on a series extremely well played. A team that never takes a shift off and never knows when its beaten must be so easy to root for, and that's what you have. Also one with a fair measure of heart, we all know of teams that would have folded up the tent after Game 5's stomach punch, and your lot certainly didn't. We had to fight for every inch, and you made us earn everything.

Though the Predator fanbase may be one of the smaller around, it has no equal when it comes to its blogosphere. Dirk and Chris do such an amazing job at this place. They provide insight and intelligence that three of us will never touch. You are truly blessed to have them. I can't thank them enough for the work they did for The Committed Indian, and I look forward to talking to them again next year.

A thank you to all of you who jumped over to our site to provide a different view. We know ours is a very hostile environment that's not easy for outsiders, and that's the fault of we three writers and the tone we choose to go with. We apologize if anyone was insulted, but we greatly enjoy it when other fans come over to make the debate more lively. Well, except for Wings fans, obviously.

With Barry Trotz behind the bench and Shea Weber and Ryan Suter in the fold, I feel like we'll be doing this again in the years to come.

Oh, and a special thank you to Martin Erat for providing the platform for the greatest sports moment I've ever witnessed live. Sorry, had to.

Congrats, Hawks...

…you deserve it. Represent the West well. You guys are now (and were at the beginning of the season) my pick for the cup.

I will now be rooting for those I rooted against.

And thanks for not being complete tools. You only managed a paltry 70% on the tool-o-meter.

you have no other choice. so that i can spend the summer saying we lost to the best, and had an unfair first round match up. make me proud. except the caps have to win the cup for Walker. yall can be the best in the west though, but Walker deserves a cup ring.

Congrats to the preds fans for a great season, and for making me lose about 15 yrs. of my life during this series… Great team, great heart, great trap, sorry had to get one more in, but seriously, thank you guys for allowing us to come over here and discuss and debate with you guys, being very welcoming hosts the whole time. A few things i realized about your team after this series is… A. Webers slap shot should be illegal, to fast to good i worry for the safty and lives of anybody on the ice when he lets one rip. B. pekke rinne is very fastly moving up my list of goalies that i never want to see again in my life, can he stop standing on his head just once? PLEASE!!!. anyway, it was fun and great going back and forth with you guys, and wish you guys the best of luck in the upcoming years.
