sounds like he’s happy to work with the new speed and enthusiasm this team has. The dead weight (if you want to call it that, or driftwood maybe?) is gone. Also, the “killer instinct” thing is big. Like the end of perion 3 game 5, it was just too sloppy/lazy. You have to fight your hardest then, not coast it out. I think Barry knew that, and now it’s really hitting home. Also, they know Chicago and Detroit are weaker than they were last year, still formidable, but weaker.
