Doubt it

It wasn’t intentional. It should have drawn a minor penalty during the game, but I don’t think they’d deem it worthy of supplementary discipline.

the league would first have to find some way to tie it in to the Crosby/Ovechkin rivalry. If they can do that, then it will be reviewed and a commercial will be made about it. I think it would go something like this: Would Crosby do this to somebody’s neck? Would Ovechkin? No. See who will be the first to not do this to somebody’s neck in the Stanley Cup Playoffs on NBC
