Quit dreamin'
No way we trade for Ryan. Why would the Ducks want to? Iginla is who we should be looking at…
Surely we can grab someone younger to build around.
Don’t get me wrong, i’m by no means saying Iginga isn’t a great player, i just wonder how many more full speed years he has left.
Somebody put the Biscuit in the Basket!!!!
Would love to see Iginla in a Preds sweater, but he does have some age on him. The Islanders season is tanking pretty bad. Any trade prospects there? You think it would be ideal, being out of our conference. Also, they haven’t had a reliable goalie in a while. If they could somehow get rid of Nabokov and DiPietro (and his crazy contract) then Lindback would look very appealing.

When you consider Iginla’s contract vs. Ryan’s, you gotta go with the younger player considering what it would cost to get either of them.

Sounds like a foot-stomping success to me
Has anyone seen an article/report from a credible source that the Preds are actually interested in Ryan?
No
This is all speculative.

But without speculation how would we make it through the day :)

The fact that Ryan is a goal scoring forward would lead me to answer no, Poile has no interest in him. :/

any chance Muller went over to the Canes just so he could trade us Staal?
60% of the time it works every time
I’m thinking……..no. I’m sure they’d love to unload Kaberle on someone though!
