Early in the 1st period tonight in Los Angeles, Nashville Predators center David Legwand took a hard hit from Kings forward Dustin Brown, and left the game with what Josh Cooper is reporting as an upper-body injury:

#preds. David Legwand has suffered an "upper body" injury and is not likely to return tonight.
Here's a look at the hit in question, at first blush it looks shoulder-to-shoulder, and given his east-west course along the blueline, may not even really qualify as "blind-side". Let's just hope that the dreaded C-word doesn't apply here, and that he's OK.
