Enjoyed the podcast! Some good info and analysis in there. Had heard from a source within the Arena at the Detroit game that Suter has made comments about expecting to be traded over the next few weeks because he does not want to stay in Nashville. No telling how true that may be, but some interesting weeks ahead to see what the Preds will do.
I think we would trade him to Minnesota before Detroit. Plus, there’s been talk of Parise wanting to go to Minnesota.
Maybe do 1:1 for Koivu? or I’d take Spurgeon and Granlund.

Minnesota is in our "conference" next year right?

Of course if he is traded...
He is still a UFA at the end of the year. Would hate to have to face him in the playoffs. Hope we can get a deal done AND add a scoring forward. I

Nice job by all, a lot of speculation of course around Suter and Weber. Look your never going to receive equal value for two potential hall of fame players. All we hear from ownership and the like is we have and will spend the money to sign both. Let’s hope so because you can’t replace two guys that play about half the game each at this level. If they can’t sign them Preds fans will give this group a failing grade. Of course rumors are rampant from the usual sources – Detroit, Vancouver, Philadelphia and others. Hey DP get this done and if you can’t perhaps ownership can come clean with the fans.
Happy New Year
BTW, I have an extra ticket for the end zone/lower bowl if someone wants go (and sit next to me) today (vs Calgary). Everyone seems to be busy for some reason, so if you’d like to go – ticket is only $25!

That’s a good price! My season tickets in that area are $65. I’d go if I didn’t have those. :-)
Happy New Year!

Amazing.
I just listened to people talking about the Predators for 45 minutes. This is awesome. You guys should do this on a weekly basis, if not after EVERY SINGLE GAME. Great job!
There's only two kinds of teams in the NHL: Predators and prey.
