OtF Goal of the Week (2/6-2/12)

Sorry, guys. I completely forgot to do this the past 2 days, but here it is.

Last week started to look like a stinker, with a shellacking by the worst team in the league. Who would have thought we would have 9 goals to choose from after that game? The Predators put on their big girl panties, though, and responded with the largest victory margin in franchise history in Motor City and welcomed Mr. Underwood to Nashville with a win Saturday night.

A. Martin Erat's response to Trotz.

When Marty Party is on, we see why he has the contract that he does. Pull the trigger more, Erat! Good dig by Sergei Kostitsyn on the boards to get the play started.

B. Patric Hornqvist's equalizer against the Avs.

I think we all had that sinking feeling when Peks let in that softy early in the 3rd, but David Legwand found Horny in front of the net to tie it back up.

C. Cody Franson's game-winner against the Avs.

Fruit Cup's wrister had eyes. Franson has greatly improved his game this year, especially as of late.
