a) smugness/contentment/satisfaction
b) drunk
c) high
d) constipation
I think you’re trying to do a?

a but it is st. patty’s so depending on whether I go out and about b is likely and you never really know about c. As for d, anyone who’s spent a night drinking beer knows that d isn’t a problem the next morning.
