The only things I check more often than OtF are public records related to property transactions. It's my job, it's not stalking. Here's a few items of interest to Preds fans from the month of March.

Greg DeVries’ house finally sold March 10. A cool $1M for the home in Brentwood’s exclusive Governor’s Club. He bought it in ’07 for $1.6M.

Judging by some other filings with the Williamson County Register of Deeds, it appears Old No. 7 hasn’t lived there for some time (the neighborhood association filed a lien in February for unpaid dues, DeVries had a filed a few limited powers-of-attorney on the property and so on).

Updated to add: Jim Diamond reports DeVries moved back to Ontario to be an organic farmer. Really.

Also this month, Alexander Radulov paid off the last bit of his mortgage for a condo in Hillsboro Village he bought for $354,900 back in 2007. He still owns the condo. Nice to see, though, there's at least one agreement he kept.
