Stanley Cup Playoffs scoreboard watch - April 25, 2011

Can the Sharks commit regicide tonight?

Kick back and relax this evening, Preds fans, and enjoy watching other fan bases squirm and sweat over the results of tonight's matchups. In the meantime, fire up those radios, because there will be plenty of hockey talk over Nashville's airwaves today. On 104.5, they'll have assistant coach Peter Horachek at 4:05 and Kevin Allen of USA Today at 5:45, as part of a 4:00-6:00 block dedicated to hockey talk. Tomorrow, there will also be a special addition of Blackstone Hockey Night with Wade Belak featuring playoff ticket giveaways, and a player or two to be announced.

In the meantime, you can also listen to assistant GM Paul Fenton's appearance on WNSR's Afternoon Press Box:

Now, on the ice tonight...

Pittsburgh Penguins vs Tampa Bay Lightning (6:00 p.m. Central on Versus)
The Lightning fended off elimination with an 8-2 win at Pittsburgh on Saturday, and now head home for Game 6, still down 3-2 in the series.

San Jose Sharks vs Los Angeles Kings (9:00 p.m. Central on Versus)
We have a similar story here, where the underdog Kings won 3-1 at San Jose and now try to stay alive (they're down 3-2, too) tonight at the Staples Center. If you're curious about how this series will impact Nashville's opponent in the next round, I've got you covered.
