OtF Goal of the Week (3/27-4/2)

Gotw_medium

So here's the bad news: In all 3 games this week, the Predators went into the 3rd period with the lead and only managed 1 win (and they came pretty close to having 0). Also, the losses came against some teams that we might play in the playoffs. Here's the good news: We got half the points that were available and it looks like we've all but secured a playoff spot. And if you want a little more silver lining to this roller coaster week, isn't this the time of year that we want to have these kind of losses?

Videos and poll after the jump...

Star-divide

A. Mike Fisher continues his hot streak.

Thank you, Jonathon Blum. No doubt he's on the roster next year, right?

Mike Fisher (18) Wrist Shot - Assists: J. Blum (4) & S. Kostitsyn (25)

B. Colin Wilson wakes up.

I love this young line. Hustlechuk seems to bring out the best in Wilson and Geoffrion. J.P. seems to bring them down. Just sayin'...

Colin Wilson (16) Wrist Shot - Assists: M. Halischuk (6) & B. Geoffrion (2)

C. The Preds finally get a fortunate bounce.

It was a fortunate bounce, but don't discredit Erat for his hard work on this play.

PPG - Martin Erat (16) Wrist Shot - Assists: M. Fisher (14) & S. Kostitsyn (26)

D. Martin Erat makes it look easy.

Whoa! Did I really just see a Predator find an open spot and score on the PP?!

PPG - Martin Erat (17) Tip-In - Assists: S. Weber (31) & R. Suter (35)

Don't forget to vote and leave a comment!

Sweet.

I like that SB Nation lets you hide the poll after the jump now.

"The Final Countdown" is now playing in your head. You're welcome.
