"...he gives you that death stare, and he doesn’t have to say anything. I think it’s sort of the strength of the group, not just [Weber]. But [Weber] is a good role model for that. He’s the strong, silent type, and then when he blows a gasket everybody takes cover."

what about Andreas Lilja?

right about there
you see him wishing he could take cover
or
you could even ask Ryan Kesler

I like this fight so much more than Lilja’s…he tugged at Superman’s cape and got what was coming to him. Kesler was just being a general douche and Superman squashed that sh#t reeeeeeal quick.

I'm fairly certain...
Lilja has no recollection of that incident. Especially since the last time the Ducks where here, he chirped at Shea a little bit…
Dude, just go back to your bench and don’t get killed.
Section303.com
Sometimes, when people receive brain injuries, their short-term memory essentially gets dumped and the memories of the past little bit (30 seconds-ish),never make it to long-term…so they won’t have any recollection of the incident. That’s more common when people get in severe car accidents, or have a major concussion involving instant and prolonged unconsciousness, but still. He may not remember it…heh.
The best defense is a good defense.
Lilja has been quoted
that he didn’t remeber a thing about that night. All he remembered was getting off the plane…lol

I think...
That when people say Weber isn’t as good as Suter, they aren’t considering how Suter would play without Weber.
Let’s face it. We don’t have a third top line defenseman. Weber was trying to hard to cover for his defense partner that he put himself in bad positions. I believe that Suter would have some trouble if Weber went out. His struggles might be a little less than Weber’s simply because of his cool head on the ice, leaving him less likely to freak out to try to cover for his partner.
Don't forget
He was with Rafalski, one of the other top D-men in the league when healthy.
Buillon, Klein, Franson are nowhere NEAR the caliber d-man that Rafalski is.
Uhhh
Weber played pretty well without Suter too if I remember correctly.

I don't think it's the stare that scares his teammates.
…or at least Shea’s stare. The stare of the beard, however, would leave Chuck Norris cowering.
