Back to it, boys!
Just like the rookies did last week, now it's time for the full Nashville Predators training camp (minus the Big 3, Martin Erat, and the wounded) to hit the ice in Florida, in a split-squad doubleheader against the Panthers. Down there, they're used to such twin bills during baseball's spring training, but in hockey, I don't know that we've seen such a thing before.
It's a great chance to see how some of the young guys fare under pressure against a higher level of competition than they saw last week, and make sure the veterans are shaking off the rust.
The games start at 2:00 and 6:30 p.m. Central, but there's no radio or TV coverage; I'm sure folks will be re-tweeting furiously from the live accounts of whoever is in attendance, and On Frozen Pond will conduct a live chat, so tune in there.
