There are a few recurring themes which dominate this morning's hockey notes. First off, there is a great deal of discussion around the NHLPA and NHL's disagreement over realignment for the upcoming season, but we move on from there to one team executive saying he'd like to see an immediate ban on fighting in the game, followed by an analysis of how having a fighter who can actually skate a regular shift is a huge bonus (but lumbering thugs are not).
