The 2012-2013 NHL season is now circling the toilet bowl at Ludicrous Speed, with the league proposing yesterday that the sides take a two-week break from negotiating. Who knows, maybe the best thing to do is blow up the NHL completely and rebuild professional hockey from scratch here in North America.
