Jamie Sabau

After being drafted by the Nashville Predators early in the 3rd round of the 2012 NHL Draft, Harvard forward Jimmy Vesey has earned himself a spot on Team USA's entry at the 2013 World Junior Championship, which begins later this week in Ufa, Russia.

The full roster for Team USA, along with their tournament schedule, can be found at USAHockey.com. Team USA starts off with games against Germany and Russia on Thursday and Friday at 8:00 a.m. Central, with the games being shown on NHL Network.

In last year's tournament, fellow Preds prospect Austin Watson led Team USA with 3 goals and 6 assists in six games (PDF), and placed 6th in overall tournament scoring, but the American squad finished in a disappointing 7th place (PDF).
