The Nashville Predators have today activated winger Patric Hornqvist from Injured Reserve, in time for tonight's game against the San Jose Sharks. This brings the Preds' Active Roster to 21, with Brian McGrattan still on IR.
During his absence, dating to the February 11 game at Boston, Mike Fisher has taken over the team's goal-scoring lead. Can the Horn Dog get right back to work against a Sharks team which has sported a leaky defense as of late?
In his career, Hornqvist has 4 goals and 3 assists in 12 games against San Jose, and the last time the two teams met, in November, he tallied a goal and an assist in a 4-3 overtime win.
