Martin Erat's finally shaking off the "overpaid" label this season, as he stands ready to set career best offensive numbers for the Nashville Predators. Last week, he truly led the way with two goals and four assists in three games, doubling the output of his next closest teammate, Mike Fisher.
The highlight play of the week by Marty has to be that 3-on-2 he converted against Phoenix on Tuesday night. Watch as he quickly reads the play and crosses over to play trailer behind Sergei Kostitsyn, leaving himself enough room in SK74's wake to take the time and pick his spot (while using a Coyote defender as a screen).
