This has got to be a joke. A team that prides itself on stellar defense has made more mistakes these past few games than I can count. And it doesn't help when the Preds, who have had some great comebacks earlier in the season, can't muster anything when they're down a pair of goals. Chemistry has nothing to do with it. I believe the team has been playing some lackadaisical defense, which kills them, and Rinne. If the Preds can't tighten up the D, then we're looking at a 1st round exit, unless the offense just explodes with goals that it doesn't matter if we suck defensively. Tonight's loss is an example. I believe all of their goals were because of turnovers, and if I'm wrong, please correct me, I only know from what little I heard on the radio. The Preds play a game where they keep it close, and then pounce on turnovers. Except now we're the team that turns it over and pays the price.
