Gameday Depot--the Kingsport-based outfit that supplies teeshirts to us in the On the Forecheck community--is a company that goes to great lengths to make their customers happy. Actually, they made this customer happy despite having gone to great lengths.

Let me explain.

I ordered an OtF shirt with my monicker on the back. When it arrived, however, the back was blank. I emailed Joel Hollingsworth at Gameday Depot and he responded immediately even though he was in China. He somehow got word back to Tennessee despite the distance and I was able to sport the shirt at the Preds-Wild game on Saturday.
