Right now, the team is riding Sergei Kostitsyn's hot goal-scoring touch, which has helped Mike Fisher pile up a healthy number of assists of late. It's helpful on occasion to set those performances in proportion to the overall campaign, however.

Nashville Predators Depth Chart - opportunities abound

For all you fantasy hockey junkies out there, getting an idea of what each team's depth chart looks like is a critical requirement for adjusting your cheat sheets prior to Draft Day. Nashville Predators Fantasy Hockey Update

With just five goals scored in their last five games, the Nashville Predators aren't exactly tearing up the fantasy hockey leagues right now (well, except for Pekka Rinne, who has played well of late). At this point in the season, however, it's hard to pick quality performers off the waiver wire, so your lineup decisions provide most of your available maneuvering room.

Fantasy Hockey season is here!

As preseason games start to wrap up and NHL teams finalize their rosters, we hit a sweet spot in the hockey calendar which means it's Fantasy Draft time.

Last weekend I participated in two fantasy hockey drafts, one with a group of Nashville-area hockey fans and bloggers run by Paul Nicholson, and the other being James Mirtle's Hockey Blogger Invitational. Here at OtF, we're also getting ready to raise the curtain on our official league as well.

After the jump, take a look at some independent analysis that was done by FantasyHockeyScouts.com (the newest member of the SB Nation hockey family) of the Mirtle league's draft, and details of how you can join the official On the Forecheck Fantasy Hockey league for the upcoming season...
