The Nashville Predators have finalists in contention for four major honors Wednesday night at the NHL Awards in Las Vegas, and perhaps one of their strongest candidates is Shea Weber for the Norris Trophy.

You have to really start wondering whether, indeed, this might be the year that a Nashville Predator brings home one of the major trophies handed out in Las Vegas.

Nicklas Lidstrom may be the presumptive favorite for this year's Norris Trophy, but Shea Weber has had the better all-around season.
