The Nashville Predators have signed one of their forward prospects to an entry-level contract.

According to Admirals Short Shifts, the Nashville Predators have inked two of their draft picks to Amateur Tryout contracts (ATO's) for the purpose of them joining Milwaukee for the AHL playoffs.

The honors keep rolling in for Nashville Predators prospects, as Blake Geoffrion (senior at the University of Wisconsin in the WCHA) and Michael Latta (of the OHL's Guelph Storm) were both named Player of the Week in their respective leagues. Latta's teammate Taylor Beck won this same award just last month.

After taking an undersized defenseman in the first round, the Nashville Predators focused on size and strength with many of their later selections.
