The following arrived in my inbox from the director of hockey at Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville:
A fellow member of our Sportsplex Adult Hockey League family is in need of help. Brad Winfrey plays in our 'A' League. His son recently had a tumor removed from his brain. Test are not back at this time to determine if the tumor is cancerous. As you can imagine medical cost are starting to mount. A benefit concert has been organized at Tin Roof on Demonbreun this Friday starting at 5:00p. If you have a chance to stop by Friday night please do. Brad could really use our support and our prayers. Below is the email that was sent to me and a list of all the different artist that will be there.

Richard Marx has so graciously offered to fly in for our event and sing!!! We are thrilled and can't wait to hear his awesome music!!! Thank you Richard!!!!
He has also invited two special guests that you just might know...Danielle Peck and Coley McCabe!!! Can't wait to hear them all on Friday!!!

We would love to pack the Roof and raise a ton of money for this family...I can't even imagine what they are going through right now...please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. We hope to see you on the 7th!!!
