After sending them down over the weekend, the Nashville Predators have recalled forwards Chris Mueller and Matt Halischuk from the Milwaukee Admirals ahead of tomorrow night's game against the Calgary Flames. Friday night in an 8-1 win over Peoria, Mueller scored a goal and Halischuk added an assist for the Admirals, while both went scoreless in a 3-2 victory over Rockford on Saturday.
If Steve Sullivan is able to return to action soon (Josh Cooper tweeted that he's practicing today), I wouldn't be surprised to see Halischuk being sent back to Milwaukee by the end of the week.
With the injury situation at center not clearing up any time soon, it would appear that Mueller is here to stay for a while.
In related news, both Francis Bouillon and Marek Svatos have been placed on injured reserve, per the Preds' Twitter account.
