Nashville Predators place Marek Svatos on waivers

In a bit of a strange move today, the Nashville Predators have placed forward Marek Svatos on waivers, according to Bob McKenzie of TSN. It's odd because it leaves Wade Belak as the only healthy extra forward, considering that Cal O`Reilly, Marcel Goc, and Matthew Lombardi are still on the shelf. 

My guess is that either a forward is getting healthy (likely Goc) or a minor move is in the works. For now, though, let's wait and see.
