Monday afternoon notes: Are the Nashville Predators a clutch team?

One of the first opportunities that people want to investigate when they get into hockey analytics is how to identify those players and teams which perform better (or worse) when the game, or indeed the season, are on the line. After all, everyone wants to know whether the coach is really putting the best players out on the ice when the team needs a late goal, right?

So this afternoon, our hockey notes kick off with a discussion of whether the Nashville Predators are truly a "clutch" team...
