When the Senators sent Matt Carkner after the Rangers' Brian Boyle, did that change the tone of that series? Boyle had bullied around Erik Karlsson previously, so Carkner took it right back to him. As far as enforcers go, in my eyes THIS is how they should be used. Regardless of whether Boyle wanted to go, or was a regular fighter, that's how you get him to stop messing with Karlsson. Too many enforcers only engage with other heavyweights, rendering them useless.
