The NHL schedule today had much of the zip taken out of it by the fact that we already know all 16 teams which will be in the playoffs, so only a few seeding scenarios are on the line. The fact that Philadelphia and Pittsburgh are playing today, when they are set to face each other in the 1st round, is a bit awkward - but then comes word that Pittsburgh has called up a notorious enforcer in time for today's contest.
