The Nashville Predators released the list of restricted free agents who received their Qualifying Offers by today's 5 p.m. Eastern deadline, setting up a summer of negotiation for a number of key players. The players who didn't receive such offers will become Unrestricted Free Agents on July 1, and are available to sign with any team.

The list of players receiving Qualifying Offers includes: Jonathon Blum, Atte Engren, Sergei Kostitsyn, Teemu Laakso, Jack Maclellan, Alexander Radulov, Jeremy Smith, Ryan Thang, Shea Weber and Colin Wilson. Remember, these are baseline offers that the Preds have extended which allows them to retain their rights under Restricted Free Agency (i.e., they can match any Offer Sheets other teams might come along with). They still have to work out an agreement with these players at some point.

Not included on this list are Jack Hillen, Zach Stortini, and Brodie Dupont, all of whom will become unrestricted on July 1. Hillen, interestingly enough, was picked up by the Preds last summer as an unrestricted free agent after the New York Islanders declined to qualify him.
