The Nashville Predators wrapped up a busy NHL Draft by selecting Canadian winger Wade Murphy and Finnish goaltender Janne Juvonen in the 7th round.
Murphy, who can be found on Twitter as @wmurphy93, is a high schooler out of Victoria, British Columbia where he led the Penticton Vees in scoring. He’s headed to play for the University of North Dakota.
Juvonen brings the number of Nordic goaltenders in the Nashville organization up to five, along with Pekka Rinne, Magnus Hellberg, Atte Engren, and fellow 2013 Draft pick Juuse Saros.
