Do you dig hockey? Are you a master of the English language, and want to try your hand at sportswriting on a top-notch online publishing platform? Well, we've got a position for you...

The writing lineup here at OTF undergoes changes from time to time, and now we have openings for a couple of spots for the right volunteers. If any of these areas interest you, email me at the.forechecker@gmail.com, and let's talk!

Applicants must be self-starters, able to promptly publish articles for their particular area using the best practices and guidelines provided by myself and SB Nation. We'll bring you up to speed on our cutting-edge publishing platform, Chorus, and your illuminating prose will be read by thousands.

So here's where I'm looking for some help:

Game Previews and/or Recaps

Can you set the table for game day, bringing together the stats, latest roster updates, and story lines that get folks ready for the evening puck drop? After the game, it's imperative to have a recap/reaction post available as quickly as possible, so we can exult in victory/groan in defeat together.

Daily Links

An OTF staple is the Dump & Chase, a collection of the most interesting and newsworthy items from around Nashville and the hockey world beyond. A wide-ranging sense of the hockey scene is essential for this role, so as to highlight the most relevant and insightful offerings for our readers.

How To Apply

If one of these opportunities interests you, email me at the.forechecker@gmail.com and we'll get the conversation rolling.
