Kevin Wilson, the Nashville Predators' hockey communications manager, brings some not-entirely-unexpected news:
Gabriel Bourque, @colinwilson33 & Paul Gaustad are undergoing season-ending surgeries, expected to be ready for 2013 Training Camp @predsnhl
— KWilsonPreds (@KWilsonPreds) April 11, 2013
Bourque has been out of the lineup since the April 1 game against Chicago. He is under contract for two more seasons and should reasonably aspire to a second-line role in the fall.
Willy has been out since the March 9 home game against Minnesota, and was leading the team in scoring at the time. He, too, is under contract for two more seasons.
Goose hasn't played since April 4, and is under contract for three more years.
