This is getting downright comical, isn't it? Kevin Klein becomes the latest veteran member of the Nashville Predators to suffer an injury, as the team has announced that they've recalled Mattias Ekholm from Milwaukee to take his spot in the lineup for tonight's game against Vancouver.
Klein took only his second minor penalty of the season last night against Detroit, playing 20:38 on the night.
It's a little surprising to see the Predators leave Ryan Ellis (who shoots right like Klein) in Milwaukee, but perhaps the Predators feel that Ekholm is better prepared for 2nd-pair duty than either Ellis or Jonathon Blum.
