A member of the Nashville Predators family got some big news today, as Mrs. Mike Fisher (who goes by the stage name "Carrie Underwood") was selected to sing the opening song for NBC's Sunday Night Football program this fall. She replaces another lady with Preds ties, Faith Hill, whose husband Tim McGraw provided a version of "I Like It, I Love It" which plays each time the Predators score a goal at Bridgestone Arena.
Apparently, Ms. Underwood is quite the singer, having won a TV competition a few years ago which jump-started a bit of a career as an entertainer.

Just in case Carrie's music career doesn't work out, however, Mike can still support the family, as he's set to begin a two-year contract extension at $4.2 million for each of the next two seasons.
Given NBC's pattern of selecting ladies with marital ties to the Nashville Predators, I can only assume that @Subdiva is on track to sing the Sunday Night Football intro for the 2019 season.
