Wednesday's Dump & Chase: The Medium Okay Bruins

The Big Bad Bruins aren't all that big and bad these days, even with Chara back in the lineup. Now they just seem to be the Medium Okay Bruins. At their peak, the Bruins could endure and outlast any team for an entire game. The games would be pretty even until the last period when they were still throwing everything they had at the other team, if not taking it up a level or two. But last night the Preds were that team. Most of the game was pretty even until the third when the Preds took 7 offensive zone draws to the Bruins 4 and out attempted the B's 19-10. Even though they won in a shootout, the Preds still stepped on the gas when they needed to the most.
