It's officially the worst part of the offseason. August always creeps by so slowly, and is made worse by the incessant blather of NFL training camp. Even baseball players are done with this month already. They either want their disappointing season to hurry up and end, or get to September when the playoff picture starts to unfold. We're in for a long one, guys.
