Wednesday Dump & Chase: Offer Ryan Johansen That Sheet

New, comments

Even though the Predators aren't the Flyers, they should extend an offer sheet to Ryan Johansen anyway. The Preds have a little over $11.5 million in cap space, six contracts expiring next year, a defensive core, and a young offense developing. They also have a million centers, all of whom are not better than Johansen. Chances are Columbus would match any offer but it's worth a try if you want to compete in the Western Conference. So why not?
